HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Phoenix, AZ)

Nova Rook Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Phoenix, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on online orders. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with online orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
