HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Phoenix, AZ)

Foxglove Ember Press is a printer and publisher in Phoenix serving local and national clients. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on paper stock. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with paper stock. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
