HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Phoenix, AZ)

Lumen Junction Community Partners runs community programmes across Phoenix. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on benefits enrolment. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
