HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Phoenix, AZ)

Nova Summit Medical is a Phoenix company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 453 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory submissions. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
