HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Phoenix, AZ)

Silverline Pike Pharma Group supports drug development and manufacturing around Phoenix, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on release testing. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
