HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Phoenix, AZ)

Bright Harbor Arts Center Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for ticketing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ticketing. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with ticketing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
