HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Phoenix, AZ)

Amberfield Yarrow Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Phoenix, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on equipment calibration. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
