HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Philadelphia, PA)

Westbrook Forge Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Philadelphia with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 297 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on weigh tickets. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with weigh tickets. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
