HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Orlando, FL)

Foxglove Ashton Health is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient scheduling. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
