HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Orlando, FL)

Harborlight Juniper Civic Services Group provides shared administrative services to local governments around Orlando. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 852 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on public records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with public records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
