HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Ember Press and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on paper stock. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with paper stock. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
