HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Bright Drift Civic Services Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on budget submissions. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
