HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Orlando, FL)

Northwind Glen Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Orlando area, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on food costs. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with food costs. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
