HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Orlando, FL)

Highbridge Cross Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Orlando serving households and small businesses, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on card disputes. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
