HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Omaha, NE)

We are growing our team at Silverline Pike Pharma Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 1,000 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory filings. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
