HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Omaha, NE)

Clearpath Lantern Community Partners is a Omaha charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client intake. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
