HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Omaha, NE)

Greenridge Sparrow Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Omaha. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on hardship programmes. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
