HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Omaha, NE)

Stonegate Rook Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Omaha plant, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on print quotes. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with print quotes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
