HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Omaha, NE)

Summit Drift Civic Services works with county and city offices around Omaha, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 192 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on procurement. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
