HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Omaha, NE)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Umber Health Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on referrals. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
