HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Juniper Hospitality and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 542 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on housekeeping schedules. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
