HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Oklahoma City, OK)

Fernwood Amber Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Oklahoma City region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on warranty claims. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
