HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Oklahoma City, OK)

Summit Sable Financial Group provides savings, lending and payment services from Oklahoma City. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 922 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor spend. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
