HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Oklahoma City, OK)

Ironwood Granite Water Authority Partners is a public water utility serving the Oklahoma City area, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 133 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on treatment plant data. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
