HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Summit Harbor Energy and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage response. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
