HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Oklahoma City, OK)

Foxglove Stone Arts Center Group is an arts centre in Oklahoma City with a full calendar of events. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visitor services. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with visitor services. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
