Amberfield Sparrow Arts Center is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for visitor services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visitor services. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with visitor services. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
