HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Oakland, CA)

Clearpath Kestrel Financial serves customers across Oakland with accounts, loans and payments, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 486 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on payment disputes. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with payment disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
