HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Oakland, CA)

Amberfield Pike Property Management is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on unit turnovers. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
