HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (New Orleans, LA)

Stonegate West Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in New Orleans. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 648 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service complaints. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
