HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (New Orleans, LA)

Northwind Meridian Foods Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cold storage. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
