HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (New Orleans, LA)

Northwind Mill Telecom is a telecommunications provider in New Orleans focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service installations. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
