HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (New Orleans, LA)

Silverline North Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around New Orleans. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on premium billing. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
