HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (New Orleans, LA)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Wilder Insurance Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 81 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on claims. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
