HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (New Orleans, LA)

We are growing our team at Foxglove West Arts Center and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visitor services. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with visitor services. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
