HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (New Orleans, LA)

Bluepeak Bright Community Partners Group runs community programmes across New Orleans. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 427 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client intake. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
