HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (New Orleans, LA)

Northwind Keystone Farms Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for seasonal crews, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on seasonal crews. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
