HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (New Orleans, LA)

Clearpath Timber Construction is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for safety records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on safety records. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
