HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (New Orleans, LA)

Westbrook Studio plans bus and rail service for cities around New Orleans. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on accessibility audits. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
