HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (New Orleans, LA)

We are growing our team at Westbrook River Financial and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan applications. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
