HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (New Orleans, LA)

Lumen Amber Property Management manages apartment communities around New Orleans. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance requests. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
