HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Amber Pharma and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on quality documentation. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
