HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Bright Hollow Transit Planning and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ridership counts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
