HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Nashville, TN)

Stonegate Umber Facilities Group is a facilities company in Nashville with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer sites. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
