HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Nashville, TN)

Amberfield Juniper Legal Group provides legal services in Nashville across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on document review. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with document review. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
