Harborlight Vale Medical is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on complaint handling. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
