HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Nashville, TN)

Bright Yarrow Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Nashville. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on test reports. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
