HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Nashville, TN)

Amberfield Corner Auto Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for vehicle inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vehicle inspections. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
