HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Nashville, TN)

Cedar Cobalt Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Nashville plant, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tooling. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
