Northwind Summit Early Learning is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 514 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meal programmes. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
